December HOA Board Meeting

The December board meeting of the Marilyn Ridge homeowners’ association will be this Monday, December 19th at 6:30 pm in the Noblesville Public Library. All homeowners are welcome to attend. This month, we have two major topics to address…

Trash Can Policy
The current policy is that the trash and recylce bins cannot be visible from the front of the house and cannot be at the alley’s curb. Some homeowners have started a petition to change this back to requiring them to be stored in the garage. The board would like as much input as possible from homeowners for our decision. You can either attend the meeting or email me your opinion at mrharreld@yahoo.com.

2012 Budget and Dues
A budget for 2012 will be proposed and voted on by the board. This budget reduces the annual dues by $10 from 2011’s amount while still maintaining the same contracted services and allowing for more mailed communication from the board to all homeowners and renters. A few expenses were able to be cut back on to allow for a decrease in the dues. Once approved by the board, a detailed version of the budget will be mailed to all homeowners in January.

If you have any other questions, concerns, or comments, please let me know.
